Kathy Tosch, Artist

Kathy Tosh is a self-taught taught artist painting full time in her backyard studio among the trees, birds and squirrels in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.  Follow her on Instagram @tosh.k.  Her work can be found at The Art House and Walter Anderson Museum Gift Shop in Ocean Springs.

Kathy likes to refer to herself as a “pixie dust spreader on a tilt-a-whirl” when it comes to her art.  Her hope is that her paintings will spin out into the universe for someone else to enjoy.   

She paints all manner of subjects including interpretive portraits, people, landscapes, florals and animals, all with an unexpected twist. Color, magical marks, and symbols are woven into her work.
